Vangelis: Inverted Display (Waveshare 10.1") but touch is not inverted

I just tried to get Zynthian running (full touch) on my (old) RPi3 with Waveshare 10.1" display (1280 x 800). The display is mounted upside down. I’ve managed to get the screen content to display correctly, but the touchscreen remains rotated 180 degrees - even when I select “Inverted” under “Hardware → Display → Touch rotation” and reboot.

When I calibrate it, it works until the next reboot. I’ve opened an issue.

Does anyone have any tips on what I might be doing wrong?

Just updated now and the problems still occur.

There must be other issues as well. If I can work until the next reboot after calibrating the touchscreen, I can’t seem to set up a new chain. As soon as I touch the mixer, input via the touchscreen is blocked.
