I wonder whether that might open the vendor to legal challenges? Consumers can use translation options in their browsers, e.g. Google translate to better understand the wording but for a non-native speaker to translate the document they may make subtle errors that have significant meaning.
That’s why on legal translated documents there’s a sentence saying that
In case of dispute, only the document in original language have the legal value
But I understand that writing legal documents in not-native tongue is very risky
