If I install the Zynaptik_v3 module, will it be possible to do without a sound card (ZynADAC, HIFIBerry, AlloBossDAC, etc.)? Is it possible to output sound to headphones or an amplifier through the Zynaptik_v3? Is it possible receive an analog signal from a guitar or a microphone through the Zynaptik_v3?

No, zynaptik only provides low frequency analogue and digital i/o. You always need some form of soundcard. The most basic is to use the raspberry pi onboard sound but this is low quality. You can use USB audio or a dedicated (I2S) soundcard like that implemented in the official Zynthian audio interface.
