Zynthian and pure data

I assembled my new Zynthian a few days ago and am discovering its features. It is probably a question that has come up before, but I wonder how to link an uploaded pure data effect to incoming audio or to the internal synths.

Hi @Flierelier and welcome to the forum,
You need to go to the Layer Options Menu to route the audio from your synth layer to your PD layer.

This will send the synth audio output to the adc~ object in your PD patch.

From layer options, you can also route MIDI from a MIDI-FX layer to the PD patch, or MIDI from the PD patch to a synth layer.
