Hi, I’m really new to this project and I just found out about it like maybe a month ago but I haven’t found that mucho footage of It online and I’m wondering, could The Zynthian be used as some kind of groovebox live? Similar to the 1010 blackbox or MC101, Op-1 and that kind of instruments
Not at the moment, it’s more of a live keyboard/controller performance instrument.
However, That’s not all it has to be. There are puredata patches for the Organelle and others that could possibly be run on the Zynth. Someone could write a dedicated app that would run instead of Zynthian-UI on the same hardware that would make the zynth more like an MC-101. We’re not there yet though.
For instance, something like this could be re-worked
