Is it feasable to build a Zynthian with 2 touch screens, the first as the current one and the second as touch screen with sw buttons?
Everything is possible, but this is not in our plans. You could do it by yourself, anyway.

You can use, for example, a mobile phone with a browser and a connection to the Open Stage Control server as a second screen.
could you explain me how to operate?
I run Open Stage Control:
on a PC with dual boot WINDOWS/LINUX - on both operating systems
on a raspberry pi 4 where it can run easily under the console.
Open Stage Control server after start show on which adress is available.
On another (tablet, mobil phone , PC) or even the same (PC, rpi) just type the given address in the web browser. The template is also edited in the web browser.
My templates for Zynthian are described here:
The thread describes how to start the Open Stage Control server under raspi os.
I have a fixed mixer template ready for Oram, the one posted doesn’t show the main channel. But I haven’t published it on github yet.
I will study it
The easiest would be to program capacity touch screen with built in esp32 chip using arduino library that act as a keyboard that you plug to raspberry usb.
Anyway I don’t see benefit of doing this compared to cheap 4x4 programmable usb keyboards.
