btw, i have noticed the same on audio layers too.

I cant give you extensive testing permutations but i have to rebuild all three of these layers if i load from a snapshot…

systemcapture_1 -> midi track 13 / gain plugin -> routed to 15
systemcapture_2 -> midi track 14 / gain plugin -> routed to 15
midi track 15 / gain plugin -> calf reverb -> calf compressor -> main out

Hmm…

Now it loads and saves better, but… With this config…

systemcapture_1 -> midi track 13 / gain plugin -> routed to 15
systemcapture_2 -> midi track 14 / gain plugin -> routed to 15
midi track 15 / gain plugin -> calf reverb -> calf compressor -> main out

Only one of 13 or 14 seems to work, depending on the creation order I believe.
