This popped up in mastodon. Looking at it, just adding a usb keyboard and midi controller to a zynthian box could replicated the hardware pretty well.
It would be nice if it supported lv2 plugins but it seems to have it’s own plugin system at the moment.
A closed source DAW in a box from AKAI has been announced too!
Both are nice products. Not for the same user profile and not for the same price !
The Akai Pro MPC Key 61 is shipped with "4GB Ram / Quad Core ARM Processor ". I wonder what kind of OS is underlying in here. Yocto Linux ?
