Most probably your SDcard was not good enough.

Hi, I have a question for the Pianoteq installation and want to use this thread to prevent opening a new one for minor questions:
I have Pianoteq 8.4.1 installed successfully already. I bought 2 new instrument packs for it (It’s summer sale btw.) and you typically can just activate it from the app or plugin itself.
My question is: how is the recommended way to also include the presets of the newly acquired packs into the zynthian UI? Should I re-install pianoteq completely (There is version 8.4.3 anyway) and how would I do that?
I would love if someone already has some experience about that.
EDIT:
Sorry, I just tried it, and the process was fairly easy. I just updated the licence from the VNC native plugin window and the zynthian UI recognized the presets immediately (even without restart). Afterwards I just throwed the version 8.4.3 *.7z at the corresponding Webconf upload mechanism and after reboot I also had the current version installed. Easy, case closed.

As mentioned, be aware of Modartt’s summer sale. This is a good opportunity to upgrade your installation.
Does Pianoteq 8 stage work with Zynthian or only standard version?
Yes, i testedt without issues a few days ago.
All the 3 versions should work: stage, standard and pro.
