hi, i just put together my V5 kit and it appears the case mounting holes don’t line up with each other
it looks like they are mirrored on the top case compared to the bottom case.
how do i arrange getting this sorted out, as it appears i need a replacement of the top case?
It looks like a manufacturing error. It look like it was bended reversed. Very curious. I will send you a replacement ASAP.

forgot to ask, do you need my address details or will you just match them up using my email to my order (i think i was one of the last if not the last to order the V5 kit before it sold out)

when you ship the replacement part can you let me know the tracking details. i had a tough time with my original order. it ended up getting shipped to the wrong address. i was lucky that the address it was shipped to opened my invoice and saw my contact details and called me to let me know so i could arrange a 2 hour drive to pick it up. i currently have an open investigation with UPS regarding why they changed the shipping details to use a different suburb and postcode that had the same street address as mine
